How do we submit the final design work if we use our own design team?

It must be supplied as an 'ai' 'eps' or 'pdf' file. Remember the banner is double sided and each side is 17.5cm x 6.8cm.

How much does it cost for The PromoPen design team to create our pen?

Simple projects may be included in the price.  An exact quote will be given depending on the complexity of the project. Please contact us to discuss your idea!

How do we e-mail you our logos and design ideas for you to create our PromoPen?

If you are submitting logos, business cards, design ideas, etc. You must send the file using photoshop, illustrator or as a PDF. If photoshop or illustrator are chosen please send the file as an 'ai' 'jpeg' 'eps' or 'tiff' file.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 1,000 pens.

How much is shipping?

Shipping to a single location in North America is included in the price.

How long does the pen take to be delivered?

For smaller orders (1,500 – 5,000), delivery takes 1-2 weeks after design confirmation.
For larger orders (20,000+), delivery takes 5-7 weeks after design confirmation.
